Supporting our customers in France, Great Britain and Italy in order service and sales services Consumption and processing of customer requests by phone and email Creation, coordination and follow-up of offers – especially in English and French Acceptance, confirmation and independent processing of customer orders up to the invoice Examination of the conformity of offer and customer order and clarification of deviations Monitoring of delivery dates and processing of appointment changes Regular coordination with work preparation, shipping, accounting, quality assurance and external services Telephone and written advice from our international customers on our products Processing and forwarding of complaints Processing Online Requests and Orders Maintenance and updating of customer master files and installation of new customers Production of factory certificates and long-term supplier declarations Production of shipping documents and shipment tracking Application and compliance of relevant customs provisions Collection of credits and other administrative activities Support for equipment tasks as required

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience in the sales service, order service or comparable commercial activity flowing German, English and French knowledge in word and writing Safe and professional appearance in dealing with international customers Good knowledge in MS Office and ideal experience with Infor Embossed organizational and communication skills Self-employed, structured and careful working Joy in cooperation with customers and various internal departments Teamability, flexibility and a high level of responsibility Technical interest or willingness to work into our products and their applications
