System Engineer / Product Owner in the field of Smart Farming (m/f/d)

Feature Development: You take responsibility for the development of innovative features in the area of our digital smart-arming portfolio. You work primarily on solutions for data exchange and synchronization as well as on the pre-planning of machine functions. Requirements Management: You collect, analyze and prioritise technical and functional requirements in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in the role of Product Owner. Backlog & Roadmap: You guide customer-oriented User Stories, check the Backlog and start roadmaps for the strategic development of the products. You are actively working with the other Product Owns in the area. Team coordination & responsibility: You coordinate development teams, ensure compliance with timetables and quality standards and take technical responsibility for product development. Customer testing: You test the functionality of the developed features together with our customers and bring their feedback into the further development. System integration: You ensure seamless integration of new features into existing systems. Innovation & Optimization: You identify innovation potentials and drive the continuous improvement of existing systems and processes.

Education: You have a degree in computer science, agricultural technology or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You have several years of experience in system development, preferably in the field of IoT, agricultural technology or related areas. Experience in the field of Scrum and in the role of a Product Owner is advantageous. Technical knowledge: You have knowledge of system architecture and software development. Experience with cloud technologies, especially in the field of IoT, is a plus. Project Management: You have experience in managing technical projects, including requirement management and stakeholder communication. Analytical skills: You have a strong understanding of complex systems and the ability to efficiently solve technical challenges. Team player: You are characterized by strong social skills in dealing with people, have excellent communication skills and want to work in a multidisciplinary team. Hands-On-Mentality: You want to actively shape things and introduce your own ideas. You work independently as well as solution-oriented and bring a high degree of self-initiative and reliability. Languages: You communicate safely in German and English in word and writing.
