Process design: Analysis of existing IT processes and identification of optimization potentials Development and implementation of ITIL-compliant processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, etc.) Creation and maintenance of process documentation, workflows and guidelines Coordination with other management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ...) Process support: Training of employees in ITIL processes and tools Support in the implementation of daily business processes Ensuring compliance with ITIL standards Continuous improvement: Regular review and adaptation of IT processes to changed requirements Implementation of process analyses and optimizations Participation in the introduction of new IT services

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Knowledge of ITIL processes and methods Experience in the design and optimization of IT processes Knowledge of common IT service management tools (e.g. Ivanti ITSM) of advantage Very good analytical skills and a structured working method Experience in change management to help employees move to new processes.
