Psychologist in the Student Advisory Service for International Students

In the Department of Student Services, this office is to be filled in the Department of Central Study Consulting for the next time until 31.12.2027. The activity will be remunerated by 13 TV-L. It is a part-time job with 50% of the regular weekly working time.

As part of the Central Student Advisory Service, the Psychological Study Advisory Service is a service facility of the TU Dortmund for its students and employees. Priority is the support for the development of management strategies in difficult situations of life and the expansion of study-related competences. For the project „Mental fit durchs Studien in Deutschland“, which is specifically aimed at international students with culture-specific challenges, we are looking for reinforcement. Project management: planning, implementation and further development of the project including evaluation and reporting requirements Coordination of the coaching and consulting services to be implemented in the team association for international students and coordination with faculties and institutions of the TU Dortmund needs-oriented implementation of psychological individual consultations, group coachings and workshops in English and German on topics such as e.g. B. Examination preparation, learning and time management active networking with internal and external actors
