Competent creation and processing of German and English-speaking correspondence Communication with Mandant and international colleague Organisation and coordination of demanding national and international mandates Self-determination management and support of the beA mailboxes Creation and preparation of presentations, reports and other documents Planning and coordination of meetings, business trips and appointments Structured file management as well as professional document and repository management

Successfully completed training as a lawyer First professional experience – ideally in an economic law firm or an international environment Organizational staff and a structured, careful and independent working Joy of teamwork and a pronounced service orientation Very good German and good to very good English skills Safe handling of current MS Office applications You think, act forward-looking and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
