Have you successfully completed your commercial training and would you like to start in a versatile field of work? Then we offer you the perfect opportunity to start: support our team in the area of purchasing and order management with your organizational talent, your number affinity and your reliable functioning. Installation and processing of orders in SAP Examination and approval of invoices Management of employee transfer contracts and contracts Support in receivable management (e.g. execution of reminders, monitoring of payment inputs) Participation in the planning and monitoring of liquidity Communication with internal departments and external service providers to ensure contractual compliance and financial stability General administrative tasks, including in contract and fleet management

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification First experience in purchasing, accounting or order processing of advantage – no need Interest in commercial processes and pleasure in structured work Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel Ideally, first contact points with SAP or readiness for incorporation Self-conscient, conscientious and solution-oriented working Team spirit and secure communication in the professional environment
