The SEZ Mecklenburg is a medical treatment centre for adults with disabilities (MZEB). Our multi-professional and interdisciplinary team consists of specialists, psychologists, therapeutic and social pedagogical professionals. Included in the social environment, the Adult Social Medicine Centre (SEZ) diagnoses and accompanies adults from 18 years of age with mental disabilities or with severe multiple disabilities.

The SEZ Mecklenburg is part of the association Kinderzentrum Mecklenburg, which also includes the SPZ Mecklenburg, the early promotion center FIBs – families in accompaniment, the social-medical aftercare Pro-Fil Kindernachsorge, the Handicraft Skita Alles im Lot and the Optilo Service GmbH.

Your tasks:

• independent medical diagnosis, treatment and coordination of complementary measures in adults with mental disabilities or severe multiple disability

• Creation of resource-oriented treatment plans and reports

• the creation of a treatment concept in the interdisciplinary team

• the advice and support of patients and their references

• internal and external cooperation with various professional groups, services, working groups
