Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in the Clinic and Polyclinic for Radiotherapy and Radiooncology

The place is to be occupied in parttime employment for 20 hours per week at 01.07.2025. Remuneration takes place according to the classification rules of the respective domestic collective agreement n.e.p. and is possible in the case of the existence of the personal conditions in the remuneration group U6.

Needs all your skills - your area of responsibility: In this position you are responsible for the organisational support of internal and external guests as well as the preparation and follow-up of events. This includes the coordination of appointments, spatial equipment, event technology and catering, as well as the collection of offers and coordination with service providers. They also take over the booking and billing of business trips, create and maintain overviews of absences, inventory and further training and support in the preparation of annual reports and publications. Other tasks include the telephone service in German and English, the management of the storage and the procurement of office materials via the SAP order system. In addition, you process administrative enquiries, holiday certificates and medical reports and contribute to the optimization of the secretariat processes.

Perfect - Your profile:

completed commercial vocational training as a department store/man for office management, office communication or comparable financial statements Extensive expertise in secretariat management and organisation Very good PC and MS Office knowledge Basic knowledge of medical concepts very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, if possible with proof reliable and independent operation Willingness to take over early and late services (from 7:00 to 17:00)
