We're looking for you as soon as possible Digital Nurse / Case Accompanying Care Experts (w/m/d) in full or parttime

• Daily documentation check (incl. action check) according to the requirements of the GBA / structural criteria in the areas of ZNA, surgery, geriatric, internal medicine and psychiatry
• Accompanying, consulting and on-site training
• Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation
• (digital) process development

DEIN PROFIL

• Completed training as a nurse, health care and nursing:in or medical:r
• Experience with the MD Quality Control Directive as well as the GBA requirements and the Hospital Information System M-KIS
• Experience in the field of risk detection, assessment and documentation of e.g. fall, decubitus, delir, etc. in patients
• Experience in MDK of fair documentation and knowledge of necessary documentation requirements
• Experience in coding desirable
• Mind. 2 years of professional experience in the ZNA, Somatics and / or Psychiatry
• Respectful handling in daily interaction
• A high level of commitment, flexibility and social competence
• Demand for highest care and medical quality
• Economic thinking and action
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
