We are looking for our open position in the 1st level of customer service – as a senior (d/m/w), who together with our team management ensures that our team can do its best daily. You actively contribute to the daily business and create a smooth and positive buying experience for our customers. At the same time, you strengthen the team through structured integration, clear communication and a good sense of quality and processes. You will also make an important contribution to ensuring a smooth process and an excellent customer experience of our Autohero Retail Department. In close cooperation with the team management, you accompany operational processes, are a professional contact person in everyday life and contributes with your commitment to ensuring that our employees are as satisfied as our customers. Experience in customer service, ideally in inbound call center or comparable area Organisational skills, ownership and safe handling of digital tools Communication strength, empathy and a professional appearance Knowledge in Google Sheets or Excel (basic functions, simple evaluations and tables) Joy of teamwork and a high level of service Willingness to travel to Berlin occasionally for meetings or team events
