For our HR talent management in the field of personnel, we are looking for a limited period of 12 months, a

(m/w/d) in parttime (20 hours/week)*. Supporting and accompanying projects, for example: Building a project administration Eventual coordination of workshops Cooperation with internal and external partners Support in the planning, organisation and implementation of training, workshops and further training Working with the preparation of training documents and presentations Maintenance and updating of participation overviews and reporting Support in the evaluation of development measures Searches for current personal development trends Support in building a uniform global personnel development General administrative activities in the daily business of personnel development

enrolled student*in preferably with a focus on (economic)psychology, pedagogy, economics or similar Interest in personnel development and in gaining experience Good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Knowledge of SAP HR desirable Self-employed, reliable and structured work Communication strength, team spirit and joy in dealing with people Good English knowledge of word and writing
