As part of the quality management in the VAN.EA (Van Electric Architecture) and VAN/CA (VAN Combustion Architecture), you will learn how quality is implemented and controlled in one of the most innovative vehicle projects in the Mercedes-Benz Group – from the first concept to the start of the series. You collect experience in project, maturity and quality management, take responsibility in committee management and accompany quality-relevant processes. You are in constant exchange with many different areas, such as development, production, supplier management, sales and aftersales, and together with them accompany the vehicle project's product development process. These challenges include: You will get a deep insight into quality work within a development project at Group level You support the team in managing quality issues within the VAN.EA/VAN.CA project You prepare presentations and decision templates for project and quality management You help to analyze and track quality-critical topics in close cooperation with interfaces from development, production, purchasing and logistics You work on the further development of existing reporting and communication formats (e.g. through digital tools) and templates) You accompany meetings and workshops on exciting questions about product and process quality The activity can begin from May 2026.

You are studying in the field of industrial engineering, vehicle engineering, BWL with technical focus or a comparable degree course You communicate safely in German and English You are interested in project and quality management in an international environment You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (e.g. S-Verweis, Datenanalyse, ...) and Power-Point You have a structured, independent way of working and a good basic technical understanding You bring team spirit, self-initiative and the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible way You are studying in the field of industrial engineering, vehicle engineering, BWL with technical focus or a comparable degree course You communicate safely in German and English You are interested in project and quality management in an international environment You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (e.g. S-Verweis, Datenanalyse, ...) and Power-Point You have a structured, independent way of working and a good basic technical understanding You bring team spirit, self-initiative and the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible way Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
