Support in the continuous development of the company-wide project management organisation PMOplus in classic and agile form Coordination of the technical and regulatory requirements for PMOplus with the departments and the Advisory Board on Project Management Quality Circle (PM-QC) Conception and modelling of solutions and processes for implementing the requirements and planning of regular releases Support and advice of the project teams as well as answering support requests Organisation of regular committee meetings of the PM QC and support in training

Complete study of economic informatics or comparable qualification with IT focus / project management Detectable methodological competencies in classical and agile project management, ideally through certificates and practical application in project work Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, Atlassian Tools, Jira and Confluence Enthusiasm for the regulatory environment of the financial services industry and experience in process modeling and requirement management Strong team player with negotiation skills and conflict resolution potentials
