Process-oriented design of tax risk management, definition of tax target processes and standards for global tax function, development of specialist concepts for mapping legal requirements in enterprise processes and digital solutions Solutions-oriented consulting of central and operational business units Business divisions / Group companies focusing on national and international indirect taxes Ensuring national and international tax compliance activities (tax returns, pre-registrations, compiling reports, foreign declarations and registrations) Monitoring and auditing of tax legislation, creating and updating intra-group requirements (tax governance) and proactive (further) development of the tax compliance management system (tax CMS) Support for national and international operations and special audits in the field of indirect taxes and remedies (Tax Controversy)

Academic completion of the Department of Economics, Business Informatics and comparable training with a focus on tax law; Advantageous tax consultant exams Multiannual professional experience in the tax department of an internationally operating company or in an international tax consultancy company Very good knowledge of national and international indirect taxes (in particular VAT), knowledge of electricity and energy tax law German and English skills Application experience in SAP S/4HANA Experiences in the field of auditing, in fiscal IKS and in the field of tax compliance management systems (CMS) as well as in business processes and in business accounting Embossed process and IT affinity as well as solution competence in particular in connection with digitalization Interdisciplinary communication skills
