Total responsibility for the construction phase of energy-low-construction projects – mainly pipeline construction and cable deep construction (ground cable, rail construction) Ensuring quality, appointments, costs and contract performance, using AI-based digital tools Control of complex construction processes taking into account permits, safety and environmental requirements Function as a central contact for clients, construction companies and internal project teams Moderation of construction meetings, voting dates and decision-making rounds Transparent presentation of risks, deviations and decision-making requirements, investigation of countermeasures in the event of deviations Leadership and Coordination of Building Supervisors

Complete study in civil engineering or comparable qualification, alternative: long-term, relevant professional experience in civil engineering Multiannual experience as a construction manager or construction manager in civil engineering and well-founded experience with complex construction processes Openness to use AI-supported tools in building monitoring, time and risk management – not only users, but co-designers Embossed leadership and communication skills Structured, solution-oriented operation Decision strength also under time and cost pressure High readiness to travel to accompany the projects at the construction site Class B driving licence
