Your tasks:

• Stand-alone installation, ruts and operation of CNC flat-bed laser systems from Trumpf and Salvagnini
• Preparation, selection and insertion of sheets for the processing process
• Monitoring the cutting process as well as adapting the parameters as required to ensure optimal results
• Conducting quality tests on manufactured components with regard to dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• Control and optimization of production processes
• Detection, analysis and elimination of small machine defects during production
• ensuring a smooth production process while maintaining quality and safety standards

That's what you bring:

• Complete training in the field of metal technology or a comparable qualification desirable
• Experience in the operation of CNC flat-bed laser systems, ideally with trump or salvagnini systems
• Safe handling of technical drawings and their implementation in production
• Knowledge of CAM programming, nesting and cutting optimization of advantage
• Experience in sheet metal processing, e.g. cutting, desirable
• knowledge in the handling of measuring and testing equipment for the implementation of quality controls
• Self-employed, careful and responsible work
• Technical understanding and willingness to learn new programs and manufacturing processes
• Teamability and reliable cooperation with colleagues and other departments
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Handicraft skill and good spatial thinking
