Marketing & Communications Manager (m/f/d)

Strategic & conceptual support: You work closely with the department management on conceptual and strategic marketing topics and support the planning and implementation of cross-border communication measures. Interface Management & Coordination: You are the central link between departments, creative team and external service providers. For clear briefings, reliable timings as well as smooth release and quality processes. Classic Media & PoS Marketing: In coordination with the department management, you coordinate print, out-of-home and PoS measures – from conception to design to production agreement in close cooperation with the creative team. Filial new openings: On the marketing side, you accompany new openings from planning to implementation and through coordinated content, materials and processes for a uniform brand presence on site. Event organisation & Promotion: You plan and manage internal and external events and promotions, tax service providers and ensure a smooth process. Press and editorial content: You’re puggling media contacts, creating press releases and editorial content and coordinating content management for internal and external communication measures. Administrative tasks: You take over the project and order administration – from orders and audits to scheduling – and prepare presentations as well as decision templates for department management.

You have a degree in marketing, media, communication or a comparable qualification with practical experience. You could already earn several years of experience in classic marketing – ideally in print, PoS or agency environment; Experience in retail is a plus, but no need. You work with the Adobe Creative Suite and have a good understanding of the layout, pre-press and production processes. You are redirected with MS Office and have first experience in offering, ordering and billing processes as well as cooperation with external service providers. Ideally, you have already participated in events, promotions or in the press or editorial work. You communicate clearly and service-oriented and feel comfortable in working with various internal contacts. You work structured, keep an overview of several projects and bring a pronounced hands-on mentality. You have a good feel for brands, text and design, work independently, are team-ready and reliable.
