SAP Process Coordinator Allrounder (MM/SD/PP/QM/WM/LE) (m/f/d)

You take care, further development and optimization of the SAP modules SD, MM, WM and PP as part of the logistics processes as well as the care of the users in the daily operation and the incident and problem management in the logistics environment. In the sense of an internal service provider and consultant, you work closely with other SAP experts and users in the fields of expertise and support in process optimization in the logistics environment as well as in the digitization of supply chain processes. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of the logistics modules with one another and with adjacent areas (e.g. QM, FI/CO, EWM). The inclusion, analysis and evaluation of requirements from the fields of expertise as well as the subsequent conception, customization and implementation of process and solution concepts in the SAP system are also part of your task. You create technical and technical concepts and implement the requirements independently, with the help of SAP development (ABAP/Fiori). You work on projects for the further development of S/4HANA as well as improvement processes and accompany the implementation of tests, trainings and rollouts. You provide your specific expertise to the users as well as colleagues and take over the technical communication with external service providers as well as the coordination of their use on site. Recently, you will observe new SAP technologies (e.g. S/4HANA EWM, Fiori Apps, Analytics) and evaluate the application potential.

You have a completed 4-year university study of (economic) informatics, business management, engineering or a comparable qualification with a well-founded SAP experience. Long-term professional experience in the SAP environment with a focus on logistics processes as well as project and consulting experience in the introduction, further development or optimization of SAP warehouse and logistics solutions in a producing company will bring you with you. You have practical experience and well-founded knowledge in the SAP modules: SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP WM (Warehouse Management) and SAP PP (Production Planning) and can analyze independent errors by debugging. You can carry out smaller ABAP developments and adjustments independently. Ideally, you already have first experience in managing (part) projects. You are characterized by its pronounced analytical, process-oriented thinking and action, as well as an independent, structured and independent way of working. Team and communication skills as well as the ability to work with different interlocutors: inside are your personal strengths. You master good communication in German and English (min. B2 in word and writing).
