Own-sponsored management of total system projects or total system offers for system extensions in the SAR context in the military environment Central contact:in for customers and internal teams Professional leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams (including engineering, manufacturing, controlling, documentation management) Ensuring quality, schedule and budget Strategic and operational project responsibility

Master degree or comparable degree in engineering/engineering management – ideally in the field of aerospace technology Multiannual professional experience as project manager:in or lead engineer preferably at the interface to a contractor Experience in implementing projects with high technical complexity and complex stakeholder structures Experience in the creation of offers of system extensions and supplements to already existing assignments Embossed system understanding and willingness to work on different topics at short notice Experience in leadership or Management of teams as well as a high level of social competence, communication strength and team orientation Fast conception, pronounced quality awareness and high intrinsic motivation Structured, analytical and efficient operation combined with a high sense of responsibility Good knowledge of English and knowledge of German is a prerequisite
