Support in the organisation, planning and communication of the Corporate Sustainability Office and in new sustainability projects in the field of digital verification partnerships (e.g. SustainCert) Management of the settlement process, monitoring of project expenditure, creation of the budget, billing and support in contract creation Own-responsible processing of funding applications and financing offers, including through the provision of documentation and analyses Integration of the new sustainability projects into the existing ISO-9001 quality and information security management system Cooperation with the management of finance, people and quality of TÜV SÜD Digital Service and support of all administrative processes Close cooperation and coordination in an international and cross-functional team

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related area At least three years of experience in a commercial profession or in process or quality management Strong analytical capabilities focusing on financial and operational data analyses Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a preference for detail Very good MS Office knowledge, experience with SAP and first experience with quality management topics Strong communication skills in German and English (written and oral) with the ability to work together effectively and internationally across departments
