You conduct complex construction projects in the field of transport systems and engineering The management of construction processes, poliers:inside you are responsible You are responsible for compliance with costs, dates, quality and contract management Several parallel construction sites are managed and coordinated by you In coordination with contractors:inside, planners:inside and specialist trades, you control planning and release processes The enforcement of contractual claims according to VOB / B you are confident You create and accompany obstructions, additional cost displays, supplements and time analyses

Your profile:

Your technical/university studies as a civil engineer:in, economic engineer:in focus on construction, mechanical engineer:in or comparable you have successfully completed, as an alternative you have a training as a master:in or technician:in construction You bring several years of practical experience as a building manager:in engineering or infrastructure engineering Ideally, you can demonstrate experience in railway construction / transport systems construction Safe handling of VOB / B, follow-up management and schedule is one of your strengths In the project day you prove high communication and enforcement capability An independent way of working, leadership and organisational skills also distinguish you Class B driving licences complete your profile
