Digital Transformation Specialist, part-time 50% (m/f/d)

Do you want to actively shape the digital transformation and integrate modern technologies into everyday work? Are you bringing a technical understanding with a view to processes, especially in the HR environment and accompanying change with enthusiasm? Then you will become part of our IT team and work together with our departments on the digital future of the ZEW.

In this responsible position, you will be responsible for:

You initiate, plan and control digitalization projects, for example, with a focus on human resources – from requirement analysis to conception to the successful introduction of new digital solutions

You advise our departments in the digitization of their work processes and jointly develop innovative, practical solutions

You are responsible for projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence, in particular for the introduction and integration of generic AI and AI-based applications and business processes

You analyse existing processes, identify optimization potentials and accompany their digitalization taking into account economic efficiency, IT security and data protection

You coordinate pilot projects, tests and rollouts of new applications and, together with the IT operation, ensure successful transition to regular operation

You work closely with internal areas of expertise, IT, external service providers and project partners and take over a central interface function in multi-disciplinary digitalization projects

You create technical and technical documentation as well as user information and support colleagues in the introduction of new digital methods

You accompany the topic of learning and innovation

Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor/FH diploma) with a focus on computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics or a comparable qualification or a completed IT vocational training with relevant professional experience

Multiannual professional experience in project management as well as in the implementation of digitization or transformation projects, ideally in the HR environment

Experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes and in change management

Very good knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence, in particular generic AI and AI-assisted applications, as well as interest in using these technologies meaningfully in organisations

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Designed analytical and conceptual skills and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working

High communication and team skills as well as safe occurrence in exchange with internal disciplines
