Number: MER0003JMG At Global Customer Service and Parts, we accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products, to market launch and product support and probation. We support service organisations worldwide. We work with our partners from development, production, purchasing, sales, legal and quality. With the team ''Technisches Liaison Office VAN & Digital After-Sales PKW', consisting of 13 highly motivated and sympathetic employees, we focus on the following tasks: Techn. Large customer service in the field Cross-functional topics of VAN Product support / probation for Marco Polo Digital work in after sales (use of digital tools, visualizations, etc. in the XR environment) We support each other in the team and communicate clearly and directly.
