Frankfurt am Main, in short VGF, is the municipal transport company in Frankfurt and operates the complete underground and tram traffic in Frankfurt. Around 400 rail vehicles provide comprehensive mobility on 9 underground and 10 tram lines. Connecting with the dual study management & digitization (B.A.) You targeted business know-how with IT and digitalization competencies. You can complete the study semester at our partner university FOM Hochschule Frankfurt am Main. The regular period is 7 semesters. The Information Security Unit is responsible for the management of information security including Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Cyber Security to ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information and business processes. A modern working environment, exciting projects in the KRITIS area of public transport as well as the close interconnection of strategy, IT and organization offer you a practical and future-oriented training. With the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management & Digitization, you have a state-of-the-art and internationally recognized university degree and create an excellent basis for your further career development – also with a specialization in information security, BCM or digitalization. As part of the practical phases, you will get to know the various tasks in the Information Security Unit. You can gain experience in the following topics: Support in building and further development of the BCM Analysis of business processes (BIA), the planning of emergency and restart concepts as well as the preparation and execution of exercises Target-oriented practical application of knowledge learned in the course of study Direct integration into strategic project work and project responsibility Personnel development measures for professional and personal competence enhancement A positive working environment, interesting projects and the trend towards the fusion of strategy, IT and digitalisation make the work in the Information Security Unit an exciting, practical learning experience in the field of public transport In the lecture-free times, you can apply and deepen your acquired theoretical knowledge directly in our company.
