Business Insolvencies Clerk (m/f/d)

Supporting our insolvency administrators in the professional processing of insolvency proceedings You accompany company insolvency and refurbishment procedures of different sizes and industries and actively shape them with You are the central contact person(s) for the process participants and take over regular correspondence and communication with them You contribute to company progress and organize these independently in coordination with our insolvency administrators settlement of payment transactions of insolvency proceedings Creation of revenue and expenditure accounting (insolvency accounting) Preparation of distributions to the insolvency believers Maintaining the digital process and monitoring of procedural dates and deadlines

A completed university degree A completed professional-legal vocational training, e.g. as a lawyer, tax office/-r or banker/-mann Transversal beginners with corresponding professional experience An independent, responsible and structured way of working A quick understanding, care and loadability Safe handling of MS Office applications Very good German knowledge Organizational talent with good communication skills Safe and applied appearance on the phone and personally to all parties involved in the proceedings
