Technical, strategic and organisational management as well as further development of a sub-area of child oncology Guidelines-oriented diagnosis, therapy and aftercare of haematological and oncological diseases in childhood and youth Planning, implementation and further development of hematopoietic stem cell transplants Integration of current scientific knowledge into clinical care and teaching Active participation in student teaching as well as in the training of doctoral staff:inside, including care of doctoral students:inside Initiation, conduct and conduct of clinical studies and research projects in children's oncology Close interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments and active participation in in interdisciplinary conferences and meetings Building and maintaining cooperation with external research institutions and industrial partners Ensuring and developing quality standards including regular evaluation and optimization of clinical processes Participation in the medical background services

Complete specialist training for children and youth medicine with a focus on children's hematology and oncology Multiannual clinical experience in childhood oncology, ideally with proven expertise in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation High commitment to patient care and strong interest in research and teaching Proven scientific activities, especially in early clinical studies, modern cell and immunotherapeutic procedures or the development of own research projects Very good communication skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Outstanding sense of responsibility, organisational strength and leadership
