AI Platform Administrator (m/f/d)

As an AI Platform Administrator (m/w/d), you are responsible for the configuration, operation and maintenance of internal AI applications and AI services. You can integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Coding Assistants and Image Generation Models into existing development and system landscapes. Your tasks include the development and optimization of modern workflows for prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), automation and the connection of various tools and interfaces. In addition, monitor the performance of our AI systems and actively drive their continuous development and optimization. Another focus of your activity is to ensure data protection, access controls, quality standards and traceability of AI-based processes. In addition, our development teams advise and support you in the efficient and secure use of internal AI solutions.

Successfully completed computer science studies, IT training or equivalent practical experience Very good knowledge of Python and ideally TypeScript/JavaScript Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG and Agent Workflows Knowledge of APIs, Docker, Git, CI/CD and modern development processes Experience in image generation and AI-based coding tools Understanding security, data protection and the productive operation of internal systems Self-employed, structured working and joy in cooperation with development teams
