The TARGO Finanzholding Group continues to grow!In a dynamic and growing financial group, Board Office & Privacy at holding level advises the Group companies of the German Financial Group of the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale with the main brands TARGOBANK AG and Oldenburgische Landesbank AG in all legal matters and serves as an interface to foreign companies of the Group. The department consists of several specialist areas with currently about 50 employees.

Be part of this strong team! You take over the comprehensive legal and regulatory advice of TARGO Deutschland GmbH and its subsidiaries in complex bank-law issues focusing on capital market law. You support the bodies and departments of TARGO Deutschland GmbH and its subsidiaries throughout the spectrum of capital market and securities trading structures and activities of a universal bank. The financial group also includes a Pfandbrief Institute with its specific requirements and processes. You accompany emissions, refinancing instruments, intra-group financing and OTC derivatives, as well as securities distribution. Their participation also affects the development of new and existing products for private, commercial and institutional customers. You closely accompany the operational business activities and, in all relevant steps, have a clear view of both regulatory and legal requirements and customer interest. Their activities include a comprehensive view of Regulatorics, Capital Market/Value Paper Trade and Civil Law in the relevant interfaces.You work together in a team with other experienced colleagues, both from the legal venue established in specialist groups and from other specialist areas of the bank and external law firms. You are part of legal risk management and control out-of-court and judicial disputes as well as complaint and supervisory procedures. The multi-layered and varied area of responsibility allows admission as a syndicate attorney (m/w/d), in which we are happy to support you. You have relevant professional experience, like acquired in a firm or legal department of a financial institution or insurance company. Alternatively, look for the II. State exams to enter the financial industry and have first practical experience from the Referendariat or legal secondary activities in the aforementioned legal area. Ideally, you have completed your legal training with a corresponding orientation and at least one predicate exam. You are a solution-oriented team player and value collegiality and efficient action. You have joy in shaping and show their own initiative, persuasiveness and strength of decision. You have a view and understanding of economic relationships. You have the ability to communicate complex legal issues in a clear and address-oriented manner and it is fun to pass on this knowledge.You have a strong sense of understanding, classifying and minimizing legal risks. You master the English language in a safe manner. French language skills are very welcome, but no requirement.
