We, the Evangelisches Klinikum Niederrhein gGmbH, are an academic teaching hospital of the Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf and are one of the largest donors in the region. With around 1,350 beds, 3,300 employees and numerous clinics and specialist departments, we provide comprehensive medical care at the highest level at our locations in Duisburg, Oberhausen and Dinslaken – innovative, patient-oriented and forward-looking.

The association includes the Evangelical Hospital Duisburg-Nord, the heart centre Duisburg, the Johanniter Hospital Oberhausen and the Evangelical Hospital Dinslaken. At our administration site in Duisburg Hamborn we are looking for a full-time employee (m/w/d) for our commercial controlling.

Support in the creation, management and monitoring of economic and financial planning Participation in the annual financial statements in close coordination with relevant departments Maintenance and evaluation of economic data (performance figures, volume frameworks, cost allocations) Own-responsible implementation of regular reporting and ad hoc evaluations Creation of sound business analyses to support decision-making in management Participation in the creation and preparation of budget documents Identification of optimization potentials in cost structures and processes – and active participation in their implementation

A completed economic study ideally with the focus on health management / controlling First experience in controlling, desirable in hospital Knowledge of hospital financing and legislation “Hands on” mentality and willingness to engage in a variety of topics with commitment You know well with the computer system Microsoft Office, especially Excel You have analytical and structured working methods and high number affinity
