For our famila warehouse in Kiel-Russee we are looking for a department manager (m/w/d) for the department of fruit & vegetables in full time.

You have the main responsibility for fruit & vegetables and are also responsible for the entire design of the department You lead and train your team and plan to use the staff You work exactly according to the HACCP manual and implement procedures and work instructions independently You have the development of costs and sales, as well as regular inventory to product disposition and flow in mind and ensure a smooth process here You have an eye for an attractive commodity presence and know how to inspire the clientele

You have completed commercial training You have professional experience in retail, in particular in the field of food You have a high sense of responsibility and are a real team player You show great enthusiasm for dealing with the customer in the direct sales talk You already have first experience in staff management
