Leading ambitious building projects in residential and quarter building from the early stage of the concept to the turnkey handover in northern Germany Taxes Dates, costs and qualities according to AHO performance image as well as internal project management standards and report transparently to our contractors Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams from planning, construction management, technology and external partners across all performance phases Take the central role for our customers and represent their interests to authorities, planning and execution partners Ensure efficient contract, follow-up and risk management and support the implementation of project results Recognize additional project requirements, develop optimization suggestions and actively contribute your expertise to acquisition and offer processes

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering construction or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in project management or project management Funded knowledge in managing costs, dates and qualities according to AHO and in the application of common project management methods Experience in the management and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams as well as in the professional handling of contractors and after-contractors Safe handling of HOAI, VOB and relevant contract models as well as the joy of actively controlling legal and economic project topics Impressed communication and organisational strength, high self-responsibility and enthusiasm for sustainable, sustainable building solutions
