The Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) stands for modern infrastructure, efficient processes and innovative IT solutions. As an operator of one of the most important port infrastructures in Europe, we are consistently driving digitization forward. For our ServiceNow Platform team we are looking for a dedicated personality as an in-house consultant serviceNow (w/m/d) for ServiceNow. Together with us, shape the further development of products such as ITSM, GRC, HRSD, SPM and WSD.

You advise different stakeholders on the digitization of services and processes and take on the responsibility for the outcome of the request. Develop scalable solutions based on ServiceNow standards and taking into account the latest technologies. You identify automation potentials and drive for implementation with Now Assist. You actively shape the further development of the ServiceNow platform strategy. In workshops, you translate technical requirements into technical concepts and align them closely with architects. You implement complex requirements in ServiceNow, integrierst third-party systems and ensure compliance, data protection and security requirements.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. You have very good knowledge of ServiceNow incl. CSA and at least two CIS certifications. In addition, you have sound know-how in Application Lifecycle Management as well as good knowledge in programming, databases and relevant legal requirements of data processing. You score with experience in ITIL as well as project management methods such as PRINCE2 and ideally Scrum. With your way of working, you convince by self-employment, structure, analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex facts.
