In order to strengthen the team, we are now looking for a deputy production manager (m/w/d) with a focus on production planning, which actively develops the manufacturing processes and leads the team safely. In the long term, there is a prospect of taking over the management of production.

Operational and strategic tasks as well as further development of production processes. Planning and control of personnel, machinery and material capacities together with team leaders and production planners. Ensuring a smooth production process in terms of quality, costs and dates. Contact person for the production departments and support of the team in technical challenges. Creation of production plans, analysis and optimization of production processes, ensuring the flow of materials and information. O

Complete technical training, for example as a technician or master, with profound experience in manufacturing planning. Multiannual practical experience in production planning or work preparation, ideally in the metalworking industry. Hands-on mentality, grounded personality and motivation to adapt and improve processes. Structured, independent working, team spirit and pronounced social competence. Safe handling of common ERP systems (MS Office knowledge required) and quick understanding for complex production processes.
