You take responsibility for concluding and booking all business operations You are working on preparatory measures for completion and will be responsible for the completion of small companies in the future You support the department in communication with tenants and insurance topics Your responsibility also includes statistical reports and selected special topics In your role, you are an estimated contact for authorities and tax advisors The takeover of general administrative tasks completes your function

You bring a successfully completed commercial training or training to the tax specialist, like with further additional qualifications or have completed a further training to the tax specialist or accounting officer You can look back on a multiannual professional experience in financial accounting and/or in a tax law firm or real estate company, and have therefore pronounced accounting skills You are safe to use MS Office, especially MS Excel You will be appreciated for your good communication skills and team skills as well as for your reliability and high level of commitment Your working style can be best described with the attributes independently, flexibly, carefully and discreetly Analytical skills, high number affinity and good communication skills complete your profile
