Your positionAs Office & Feelgood Manager in Hamburg, you are mainly responsible for our office space at the Neue Wall & at Großen Theaterstraße and take care of yourself in the team: • Order management and catering : coordination of orders and catering for employees on site. • Onboarding/Offboarding : Support for onboarding/offboarding employees, including life-cycle management of the hardware. • Ensuring smooth operations on site: Responsibility for everyday office and all administrative tasks (including Post Management & Support of the People Ops Team).

You are the first contact person for the team and visitors on site and make sure everyone feels comfortable all around. You have a good wire to our service providers and so keep your eye on smooth operations in our office areas.

Your profile • You have successfully completed training in event/project management, office management, HR or comparable • You already have professional experience in these areas and know all the usual processes • You are hands-on, structured, self-organized and driven to make things impossible • You are communicative, open, like to go to people and have fun at work • You are a passionate and experienced project manager and can deal well with spontaneous challenges and time pressure • The willingness to work in the office every day is obvious • You master German absolutely fluent in word and writing, further language skills (in particular English) are welcome
