Expert in financial loss liability and D&O liability

The core of your activity is the complete processing and control of complex damages in the area of asset liability insurance (VSH) and managerial liability insurance (D&O). In your case, you are responsible for the design of the entire damage management and, in particular, tax all damage processes. In this way, you conduct audits of facts and coverage, develop economically and legally viable solutions and negotiate them with customers, experts and lawyers. You decide independently and regulate accordingly. Last but not least, you accompany our lawyers in liability and cover processes.

You are powerful, have very good communication skills and a high degree of negotiation security. Your working style is independent, proactive and responsible. You are strong in analyzing facts structured, finding solutions to problems and also being creative. In dealing with our customers and service providers, you show a high service and customer orientation. You have completed a degree in law or a Master's degree in insurance / insurance law and in addition for the job first relevant practice/lawy experiences. With good English skills you bring an additional plus point.
