We support the principle “outpatiently in front of stationary” and align ourselves with the objectives defined in the normality principle individually in the “Personnel-centred Integrated Management Plan (PIT)” and the inclusion of affected people. We are looking for a social worker (m/w/d) in an indefinite part-time employment of 50 to 80% for the outpatient housing in the Main-Taunus district (Hofheim am Taunus).

You enter outpatient clients with mental illnesses as well as addiction diseases. You follow a personalised approach. You are actively involved in the implementation and further development of the person-centred participation concepts and are always responsible for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. In addition, you support the creation of the “Personnel-centred Integrated Management Plan (PIT)”. You connect our offer with existing services in a circle and work closely with legal supervisors, relatives and cost-beneficiaries. You carry out individual and group offers and take the crisis intervention in acute emergencies.

You have a corresponding degree - (special) university qualification. You have experiences in the care of people with mental disabilities and addiction disorders and you have skills in dealing with “Personnel-centred Integrated Management Plan (PIT)”. You are characterized by your communicative and professional competence, self-initiative, decision-making and enforcement. You work independently and you like to actively participate in the team. You have a passenger car license, a PC license and are safe to use with MS Office.

A varied working area awaits you in a dedicated and multi-professional team with balanced Work Life Balance. Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you pay €3.747.09 to €4.335.64 (based on TVöD SuE, pay group S12). In addition, monthly allowances amounting to € 25.00, plus a SuE supplement i.H.v. € 180.00 and an annual special payment of 70.28 % of the monthly salary. The wage range indicated refers to full-time employment - for parttime jobs the salary is calculated proportionately. You benefit from the occupational pension scheme via the supplementary pension fund. Additional possibilities for further education and further training are provided by the extensive range of our own Vitos Academy as well as by external educational providers, which we financially support.
