As a construction manager, you play a central role in our company. You are responsible for the support of our extensive real estate stock and the implementation of new construction measures. You act as a reliable interface between management, external partners and executive specialist companies. Our focus is primarily on implementing power, speed and result orientation.

Own-sponsored control and supervision of all construction and maintenance measures. Coordination and supervision of all craft services and construction sites. Control of external planners, architects and technical engineers in the sense of our corporate interests. Ensuring quality, timeliness and costs. Close coordination with the management of strategic construction projects. Active co-design and optimization of internal construction processes.

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification as craft master or technician. Multiannual experience in construction management or project management. Impressed organisational capacity and enforcement strength. High loadability and the ability to control several projects in parallel efficiently. Quick conception and consistent implementation competence. Entrepreneurial thinking and action. Safe occurrence against internal and external contacts.
