As a production assistant (m/w/d), we are looking for motivated support to strengthen our team in production. • You support the team in the production, assembly or packaging of products.
• You take the quality control and make sure that the products meet our standards.
• You are responsible for the proper storage and delivery of materials.
• You can handle smaller maintenance work on machines or devices.
• You contribute to optimizing workflows and ensuring smooth production.

We are looking for

In order to be successful as a production worker (m/w/d), you should convince with motivation, reliability and a sense of teamwork. Technical understanding or first experience in a similar role are a plus, but no requirement. Important to us are German skills to ensure that you understand the work instructions and can actively communicate in the team.

• You bring first experiences in production or are ready to learn as a cross-editor.
• You have good German skills to understand and implement work instructions.
• You are physically resilient and work reliably in the layer system.
• You are a team player and you can quickly work into new tasks.
• A high degree of self-initiative and a sense of order and structure characterize you.
