Number: MER0003V21 Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the global parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. The Global Logistics Center (GLC) is one of the world's largest automotive spare parts warehouses and at the same time the headquarters of the global after-sales supply chain and logistics network of Mercedes-Benz AG. With state-of-the-art warehouse technology and innovative systems, our employees ensure that vehicle customers receive the best service every day. From here we design all supply chain processes and ensure the spare parts supply of our worldwide customers. Supply Chain Optimization & Vocational Training (GCSP/OGI) is the process and optimization of the supply chain of 40 logistics locations worldwide. The main focus is the methodological further development of the storage processes through lean optimization projects and KVP workshops in the after-sales part logistics. In addition to the training of the internal improvement managers, the placement of Lean-Awareness also includes vocational training at the 6 German logistics locations as part of our area of responsibility. We are moving in a dynamic and international working environment with national and international companies, logistics locations and various IT interfaces. In the Supply Chain Optimization & Vocational Training (GCSP/OGI) team, the following challenges come to you: You help us professionalize, structure, update and standardize our social intranet and Sharepoint appearances You establish an editorial process You manage our social intranet appearances and sharepoint pages and develop them further You plan and coordinate communication activities You participate in internal communication and use appropriate media You design designs to implement graphics and designs You're in an international environment What we offer you:

Course in the field of communication/media sciences, humanities, economics, social sciences, journalism or comparable courses (ideally with the focus on communication) Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) Knowledge of image and video editing and layout and graphics programs desirable Acting in an international environment is fun You like to work in teams, are open, curious and meet the right sound Compared to change processes, you show yourself open You're brave and you want new challenges Class B driving licence desirable
