We are looking for a management of social services (m/w/d) for the Robert-Breuning-Stift in Besigheim in parttime (23.4 - 27.3 hours/week).

What you do • You are a reliable contact person for customers' concerns and relatives and advises on offers and support opportunities in different situations of life. • You help reach the occupancy targets and support new customers in integration into the group. • You organize cross-residential offers and events that promote quality of life and participation. • You work with service providers and partners in the quarters to organize services (case management) and to promote networking with the community if necessary. • You are responsible for the integration of employees and take care of health promotion and volunteer work.

What we imagine • Complete studies in the field of social education, social work, social psychology, social management, care management, health education, medical education or a comparable qualification • professional experience and ideally first management experience in the field of social, care, care, administration • High social competence: ability to build relationships and professionally • Responsibility, professionalism and solution-oriented action • Communication skills, team spirit and empathy
