University degree (FH, University) in the field of renewable energies, landscape and environmental planning, construction or real estate management or economic engineering Passion for renewable energies as well as many years of relevant professional experience in the construction or possibly in the development of wind projects Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams with strong communication and negotiation skills Very good German knowledge and good English skills
