• Contact person for all questions relating to the topic of time management and preparatory pay and salary accounting

• Examination and reconciliation of the proofs of time and multi-working applications with SAP HCM

• Input of time-economic and accounting-relevant data in SAP HCM

• Ensuring the correct handling of administrative processes in the personnel department and the processing of the time economy

• Preparation of work and training contracts

• Guided electronic personal files

• Settlement of entrances, exits and transfers

• completed training in the commercial sector, ideally for the personnel specialist businessman

• Multiannual professional experience in a similar position

• comprehensive knowledge of MS Office

• Basic knowledge of SAP

• Integrity, reliability and communication strength
