At the next time we are looking for a motivated intern*in to support our team in the field of IT project and program management. Are you interested in project management and want to understand how major transformation and digitization initiatives are being controlled in an international company? Then our team supports program management and gain insights into the coordination of complex, cross-disciplinary projects and strategic initiatives. During your internship, you work at the interface between business and IT and learn how strategic programs, transformation projects and digital innovations are successfully implemented. Your tasks Support in the planning, organisation and follow-up of IT projects and strategic transformation initiatives

Working with the organisation of workshops, meetings and management appointments

Creation of presentations, status reports and decision templates for different stakeholders

Analysis and preparation of information, key figures and project data

Support in communication and cooperation with internal and external partners

Participation in the development of processes, methods and governance structures in project and program management

The activity can start from October 2026.

Studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable degree course

Interest in project management, digitalization and transformation

Analytical thinkability, structured operation and a high degree of reliability

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as the willingness to work on new topics, tools and processes

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Communication strength, initiative and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders
