♪ Your duties

• Implementation of personnel measures such as settings, transfers, contract changes, exits etc.
• Establishment and maintenance of regular, time-consuming, pay data
• Document production within defined administrative processes
• Support in the execution of the billing of charges and the processing of special transactions, testing of the data determined and accounting results including Error analysis and troubleshooting
• Processing of subject-specific facts, correspondence, certification
• advice and information of employees, HRBPs and executives on applied statutory,
• tariff and operational regulations in general and subject-specific matters of personnel administration, pay billing and, in some cases, time economy
• Cooperation in projects and special topics
• General administrative support

Your profile

• completed training in the field of commercial training or comparable
• Multiannual professional experience in controlling and purchasing
• Experience with the payroll system "SAP HCM" is desirableGood knowledge of tax and SV law (as a basis for the performance of the pay bill) is also required
• Experience in payment accounting is required
• Personnel administration experience is required
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• German language skills
• Advanced English skills
