Your tasks include the processing of administrative, personal activities from entry to exit, e.g. B. the creation of work contract documents and certificates You are responsible for the implementation of all preparatory measures for monthly payrolls of a defined support group in SAP HCM and provide close cooperation with our external payroll service You are the first contact person (all genders) with employment, social and tax issues of employees The administration of the time economy (including time corrections, working hours and absences is part of your task as well as the collection, maintenance and management of the staff master files in SAP HCM You take care of the creation and documentation of personal-relevant reporting and evaluations You are our expert (all genders) in support and expert advice on special topics such as e.g. B. occupational pension provision

You have a completed commercial training, preferably with HR focus, or a comparable qualification You have already been able to gain professional experience in preparing pay billing and know you in the general personnel handling You bring good knowledge of tax and social security law You're a routined approach to MS Office and can demonstrate good knowledge in SAP HCM You stand for service orientation, social competence and team and communication skills Your careful, independent and structured working style completes your profile
