Commissioning Manager / Senior Project Manager User Management (m/f/d)

You control the entire commissioning process of the technical building equipment (TGA) – from planning to final handover You develop and monitor a cross-company commissioning concept and ensure the building functionality and ease of use from the planning phase You take over the overriding technical and organizational responsibility for commissioning complex technical installations in our large projects You control the scheduling of appointments and resources across all technical structures and monitor the compliance and implementation of all relevant requirements and guidelines You are the central link between construction project management, complex technical building equipment (TGA) and usage requirements and secure a smooth transition from construction phase to regular operation You control the execution planning, recognize defects early and document all commissioning processes

You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of supply technology, electrical engineering, building technology, civil engineering, facility management or a comparable course of study You have several years of professional experience in controlling construction projects and commissioning management, with proven expertise in user management and deep understanding of TGA systems You have experience in the commissioning of TGA systems and have a well-founded knowledge in standards, regulations and guidelines of the technical building equipment You control complex tasks independently and always keep an overview thanks to your structured work.
