Fraud Manager Payment (m/f/d)

Project management in the fight against fraud: planning, controlling and implementing projects for fraud prevention in payment transactions. Conducting regular status and control calls Product Management: Technically shaped responsibility for the further development and optimization of Fraud Detection solutions – from the survey of requirements to the introduction. Coordination & Interface Management: Close cooperation with IT, departments such as the Legal Department, partners of the Sparkassen Financial Group and service providers Market and technology trends: observation of relevant trends in payment fraud and evaluation of new methods and technologies (e.g. machine learning, real-time monitoring) Support in the strategic development of the department

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual project experiences in the fight against fraud Ideally technical knowledge in account and card-based payment transactions, e- and M-commerce, or a high motivation to work intensively on this exciting topic. Impressed ability to think, design and implement facts independently, analytically Very good English skills to design products with international partners High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and joy in work in interdisciplinary teams.
