Workshop Controllers (m/f/d)

You control and monitor the material and order flow in pipe production and process material retrievals in the SAP‐EWM system. You carry out material availability checks, evaluate them and agree closely with work preparation and logistics. You create and track malfunction lists in the SAP system, escalate deviations and ensure the implementation of prioritization. In cooperation with the work preparation, you are taxing orders and parts according to your needs. You assemble production documents, apply order material, assign it to the orders and book materials as well as manufactured components in the SAP system. You will encounter farm transports and set up ordering requirements as well as shipping orders. You manage the materials in the intermediate storage and production supply area, support resource and order planning and participate in Shopfloor rounds. You will also create error messages to ensure a smooth production process.

You have a successfully completed training in the commercial sector and brings three to five years of relevant professional experience. Ideally, you have already gained experience in material logistics or in workshop control. You work structuredly and responsibly and ideally experience dealing with SAP systems, in particular in the context of materials management or logistics. You communicate clearly and solution-oriented in the team as well as at interfaces to work preparation, logistics and manufacturing.
