Project Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibility for one or more subsystems within the framework of a system development project, including timely and demand-compliant implementation. Creation and maintenance of system specifications, design descriptions, interface documents and delivery documents according to V‐Modell-based Systems Engineering. Development of system concepts as well as analysis and selection of suitable system architectures to meet the specified specifications. Selection of equipment and subcontractors, development of system designs and support of procurement processes. Coordination and technical meetings with internal departments, subcontractors, contractors and end customers. Participation in offering calculations, including creation of system designs and cost estimates. Support in the preparation of test documentation, training documents and, if necessary, implementation of national and international missions.

Complete study of electrical or communication technology or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience, ideal in the field of defence and safe application of MS Office and DOORS. Funded knowledge in the Systems Engineering according to V-Modell, including requirement and architecture management. Experience in documentation, training and technical exchange with internal and external stakeholders. English knowledge in word and writing. Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with quick integration into new systems and devices. Embossed communication skills, team and interdisciplinary cooperation as well as professional appearance towards customers.
